CLASS DESCRIPTION

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of long-held passive postures that penetrate deep into the connective tissue of the lower part of the body, thighs, hip openers, pelvis, and lower spine. This class uses yoga props such as; blankets, yoga blocks, and bolsters provided. Yin Yoga helps reduce stress and anxiety while increasing blood circulation and flexibility. This class also helps release fascia and improves joint mobility. The room is warmed to a comfortable temperature and the class duration is 60-minute.

Hot Vinyasa is an all levels class that will inspire the beginner and challenge those with an established practice. Vinyasa is a style of yoga in which the postures flow together. Be prepared to sweat, move, and adventure into a deeper relationship with your body and a more profound relationship with life itself. The room is heated to 104-106 degrees, humidity of 40%, and the class duration is 60-minute.

Glow Hot Flow is our signature scripted “BIKYASA” class. The best of all levels vinyasa and a hot 26 formats are blended for maximum results. This class is accessible to all levels of yoga practitioners. The sequence does not change what changes you. Prepare yourself to move your body, sweat, work on your core in addition to a full body moving meditation. The room is heated to 104-106 degrees, humidity of 40%, and the class duration is 60-minute.

Hot 26 is formerly known by an alternate name we choose to respect the format. Hot 26 is a hot yoga class practiced in a room heated to 108 degrees with a humidity of 40%, and the class duration is either 60-minute or 90-minute. Unchanging sequence of 26 postures twice over and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room. It is designed as a rejuvenating exercise to strengthen the entire body, from head to toe, healing your body from within.

Yoga Bootcamp is an interval training class that mixes calisthenics, bodyweight, dumbbells, band, and core exercises that provide both cardio and strength training for every class. With a new workout every week, these classes are designed to push participants harder than they’d push themselves and to always keep the body guessing.

 

Restorative Yoga allows the body to slow down and relax in a small number of asanas. Each pose is held for longer than in conventional classes, sometimes for twenty minutes, so a session may consist of only four to six asanas. The long holding of poses is often assisted with props such as folded blankets, to ensure the body is fully supported and so to allow the muscles to relax.

Hot Yoga Sculpt is a class that incorporates hand weights and high-intensity cardio bursts for a maximum calorie-burning effect. The hand weights add a new challenge to traditional yoga classes. Yoga Sculpt also incorporates cardio exercises to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing. The room is heated to 95-100 degrees with a 40% humidity, and the class duration is 60-minute.

Hot Mat based Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow and controlled movements focusing on the core! Hot Mat Pilates adds the extra benefit of heat. The room is heated to 99-100 degrees with a 40% humidity, and the class duration is 60-minute.
