She has over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry with a proven track record of turning financially struggling clubs into profitable businesses. Jennifer has always had a strong passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle, which led to her journey into the fitness industry at New York Sports Clubs and 24 Hour Fitness. Her extensive experience in sales, operations, customer service and management has given her the ability to hire, train, coach and develop strong, diverse teams and department heads that share her same drive and desire to succeed.

Physical therapists (PTs) are specialists in evaluating and treating disorders of the human body primarily by physical means. Nuzuna’s PTs primarily focus on those individuals who have disturbed function or impairment related to the skeletal muscle or nerves.  These services are great for people of all ages and referrals are not needed.

Nautika Jordan-Martinez

I was a dancer in highschool and have always had a passion for creativity and movement. I began my fitness journey when I enlisted into the United States Marine Corps. Yoga has been a huge part of my life since I was 15, it has brought true balance and perspective to my life. I would describe my teaching style as dynamic and inspired! My favorite style (if I had to choose) would be a hot juicy vinyasa flow, however I love teaching Yin and restorative classes spreading peace and love.

Alexis Katz

I have witnessed the healing effects of yoga on the mind and body in my life. The change was so drastic, I decided I wanted to share this with other people by becoming a teacher. My style of classes tends to be energetic and playful, and I promise to get you sweating. My intention as a teacher is for my students to connect with themselves on a deeper level, all while having a great time on the mat.

Cristina Martinez

Cristina Martinez has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. In 2018 she left her corporate job as an apparel designer and began her journey as a yoga teacher. She has been teaching yoga full time for over 2 years and has no plan to go back to corporate America. Cristina is super passionate about teaching and loves to create intelligent sequenced flows. Her deep love of music and ability to create eccentric playlists aids her in the ability to touch students hearts and provide them with a unique experience. It is her goal to take her students on a journey that energizes the body, mind, and soul while building deeper connections and showing them how transformational the yoga art form truly is. Cristina is certified in Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt and Yogalates.

Joann Do

Joann is a Certified 500 Hour Yoga Teacher and Holistic Health Coach. She aims to support others in feeling good in their bodies, finding a sense of calm and connecting more deeply with themselves. In her yoga classes, Joann enjoys guiding students through traditional vinyasa flow sequences where they can experience fluidity in movement while finding steadiness through conscious breath work and precise alignment. She encourages students to find the balance between challenging themselves both physically and mentally while being kind, accepting and compassionate towards themselves and their bodies. Apart from yoga, Joann loves traveling, being outdoors and spending time with her dogs Rogue and Bucky.

Steven Lopez

Hi my name is Steven Lopez but go by my middle name Jacob, Little bit about me I have been involved in sports my entire life I have always had a passion for fitness and helping people achieve limits they didn’t think were possible. Through sports it’s really helped me both physically and mentally and taught me that with hard work and dedication anything’s possible. Someone who is looking to make a change for themselves both physically and mentally and who is ready to put their words into action lets get started today.

Garrett Neill

Dr. Garrett Neill's core philosophy when working with patients is that every body is different and that treatment should therefore be specific to each individual. Dr. Neill brings elements of joint health, soft tissue release, biomechanics, neuroscience, pain psychology, education, & active movement to each therapy session to help patients understand their issues and also foster self-efficacy on the road to recovery and better performance.

Rana Salloom


My name is Rana and I’m a Vinyasa trained yoga instructor. My classes consist of flow and Pranayama “breath work”. Before I became a yoga instructor, I was a trained dancer and danced from the age of 8 all the way up to my early 20s. I looked to another outlet where I was able to flow and move and found yoga. I’ve been practicing for about 6 years and am going back for my certification in Kundalini Yoga and Yin Yoga. Long term, I want to study Ayurveda and become an Ayurvedic Practitioner.

Whitney Smith


Studied yoga abroad in India where I earned my 300 Hrs in Hatha and Ashtanga. I earned my 200 Hrs from Core Power Yoga main focus Power Vinyasa.
I’m all about good energy, good vibes, and fun times. My classes are designed to make you feel better from the inside out!
