YOGA INSTRUCTOR My name is Rana and I’m a Vinyasa trained yoga instructor. My classes consist of flow and Pranayama “breath work”. Before I became a yoga instructor, I was a trained dancer and danced from the age of 8 all the way up to my early 20s. I looked to another outlet where I was able to flow and move and found yoga. I’ve been practicing for about 6 years and am going back for my certification in Kundalini Yoga and Yin Yoga. Long term, I want to study Ayurveda and become an Ayurvedic Practitioner.
