Hot 26 is a 60 minutes yoga class with an unchanging sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a room heated to 108 degrees with humidity of 40%. It is designed as a rejuvenating exercise to strengthen the entire body, from head to toe.
Hot Vinyasa is an all-level yoga class that will inspire beginners and challenge those with an established practice. Vinyasa is a style of yoga in which the postures flow together. Be prepared to sweat, move, and adventure into a deeper relationship with your body and a more profound relationship with life itself.
Hot Yoga Sculpt is a high-intensity yoga class that incorporates dumbbells, resistance bands, and cardio exercises to get your heart pumping and body moving for a maximum calorie-burning effect.
Hot Yogalates is designed to increase strength, balance, and flexibility via controlled movement. Yogalates moves primarily target the core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well. You can pick up your pace, add light dumbbells, or deepen your stretches for a better burn.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of long-held passive postures that penetrate deep into the connective tissue of the thighs, hip openers, pelvis, and lower spine. This class uses yoga props such as; blankets, yoga blocks, and bolsters provided. Yin Yoga helps reduce stress and anxiety while increasing blood circulation and flexibility.
BEFORE YOUR SESSION
Make sure to consume at least 24 oz of water before your training session. Intake high carbs snacks 2 hours before the session. Bring water, sneakers, socks, towel, shorts, and/or sweatpants.
Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out forms and a certified trainer will elaborate about our wearable technology, discuss your fitness goals, health history, and answer any questions you may have.
Our staff will provide you with a Nuzuna's LIT-SUIT or LIT-PANT that takes less than one minute to put on. Our LIT wearables are washed after each use to ensure maximum hygiene.
Based on your fitness goals, health history, and age, the certified trainer will select a training mode and customize the stimulation level according to your comfortability.
Each training session is customizable to you and your fitness goals. Whether you are looking for a full-body workout or would like to target certain muscle groups, our trainer will create a routine that best matches your personal fitness goals.
Recovery is crucial after your training session. We recommend doubling your normal water intake and also consume a high-protein meal. Please refrain from heavy weight lifting, deep tissue massages, and alcohol consumption for at least 24 hours.
