My own health and fitness journey began in 2003 when I gave birth to my second daughter. I didn’t even realize how unhealthy I was and how much weight I needed to lose. I started with a goal of losing 10 pounds and ended up losing 28 pounds over the next year. My mentor showed me how to live a healthy lifestyle, not just move in and out of fitness. My goal is to pass on what I have learned in the last 17 years to others. I want to boost their inner as well as outer confidence in a holistic approach to health, nutrition, and fitness. I want to help our clients not only reach their fitness goals, but also help them realize how unique they are, and that every individual was born to SHINE!!
